My Counter-Cultural Health Hack
8 months ago my husband and I made the decision to ban our television to the closet.
A “TV time-out”, if you will. And it was probably one of the best decisions we have made.
Before, I found myself struggling to find the time and energy to be the wife, mom, friend, and church volunteer that I wanted to be, and I knew something had to change.
So I did an evaluation to see how I could begin to repair and prosper relationships while still having the energy to grow my business.
And it started with putting the TV in timeout.
